If you're here right now, there's a good chance your body is tired but your nervous system isn't cooperating.

That happens.

A rough night does not mean you're failing.
It does not mean you're back at square one.
And it does not mean you're broken.

This room exists for the hours that tend to feel heavier:

  • racing thoughts
  • restlessness
  • nighttime anxiety
  • checking the clock every 20 minutes
  • feeling alone while everyone else seems asleep

You do not need to “perform recovery” in here.

No pressure to sound positive.
No pressure to have solutions.
No pressure to explain yourself perfectly.

Sometimes just existing around other people who understand helps take the edge off.

A few reminders for this room:

  • No medical advice
  • No graphic drug discussion
  • No fear spirals
  • No judgment
  • You don't have to reply to anything if you don't want to

Even reading quietly still counts.
