What helps you stop fighting sleep?

Sometimes the turning point is not “finally sleeping.”

Sometimes it's just:
stopping the battle with the clock.

What helps you calm things down when you realize sleep probably isn't happening immediately?

Could be anything:

  • routines
  • sounds
  • tea
  • sitting outside
  • reading
  • pacing
  • weird habits

No perfect answers needed.

Stopped checking the time. That actually helped more than I expected
