I disappear for a few days then feel weird coming back. Trying not to do that this time
I start mentally checking out from everything
Feel myself wanting to isolate again
I try not to make big decisions when I barely slept
Stopped checking the time. That actually helped more than I expected
I keep expecting myself to feel “fixed” already and it messes with my head
Deleted TikTok for a few days. Head feels quieter
Hot shower + music I've heard a million times seems to calm my brain down
Staying connected to people instead of disappearing completely
Does anyone else feel emotionally overstimulated after busy days?
