Who we are
PowerMade (“we”, “us”) is based in California, United States. You can reach us at support@powermade.com. This policy applies to our website, our products, and the PowerMade membership.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details when you buy; your account login details; your display name and anything you post in the community; and messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We don’t store your full card number on this website.
Information collected automatically: device, browser, and usage information through cookies and similar technology, including Google Analytics.
Health-related information
We don’t ask you for health information. The membership is about recovery and wellbeing, so what you choose to write in the community or to Maia may reveal something about your health. Please share only what you’re comfortable with, and avoid including your full name or other identifying details.
How we use your information
To process and ship orders, run your account and membership, send order and account emails (including receipts and shipping updates), answer your questions, keep the site secure and prevent fraud, understand how the site is used, and meet legal obligations. If we send non-essential email, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run PowerMade: our payment and checkout provider; our fulfilment partners, who receive your name and shipping address so they can send your order; our website hosting provider; SMTP2GO, which delivers our emails; and Google Analytics, which helps us understand site usage. We may also share information to comply with the law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Maia
Maia is an AI companion provided by TRNSFRMD, a separate company. When you use Maia, what you type is handled by TRNSFRMD under its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before using it. Maia is not a licensed professional and is not for emergencies.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, to see how the site is used and to keep you signed in. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Our site doesn’t currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep records for tax and accounting, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to remove your community posts or delete your account.
Your choices and California rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of any sale or sharing of your information. We don’t sell your information. To make a request, email support@powermade.com. We’ll reply within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Children
You must be 18 or older to buy from PowerMade or join the membership. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service can be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date.
