Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, buying a product, or joining the membership, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PowerMade.
Who can use PowerMade
You must be 18 or older. Products currently ship only within the United States. You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your login details safe.
Not medical advice
PowerMade provides nutritional supplements and educational resources. It is not medical care, addiction treatment, or a substitute for professional help. Please read our health disclaimer.
Products and orders
Prices are in US dollars and may change. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we’ll refund anything you’ve paid. Shipping is covered in our shipping policy, and returns in our refund policy.
The membership and billing
The membership costs $9.99 a month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time online under Account Center, then Membership and billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If we change the price, we’ll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel instead of paying the new price.
The community
The community is for members only. Please follow its ground rules: keep it gentle, no graphic content, no medical advice, no fear-based posting, and no shaming. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it in the community. We may remove content or accounts that break the rules or put others at risk.
Maia
Maia is an automated AI companion provided by TRNSFRMD. It can make mistakes, it is not a therapist, and it can’t give medical advice or emergency help. Use of Maia is also subject to TRNSFRMD’s own terms.
Our content
The guides, text, images, and other materials on PowerMade are for your personal use as a member. Please don’t copy, resell, or share them publicly without our written permission.
Using the site properly
Please don’t misuse the site, try to break into it, use it to harass others, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party products and services
Product brands such as Nature’s Answer and Solaray belong to their owners. PowerMade is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Some features are provided by other companies, and their terms apply to those features.
Disclaimers
PowerMade and its content are provided as is, without promises about results. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
